Qualifications

• Experience in omnichannel or digital customer engagement in pharma.
• Understanding of HCP engagement, content operations, and engagement analytics.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop OCE plans grounded in brand and medical strategy.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys across channels.
• Source and curate content for each journey stage with CoE.
• Align KPIs with Brand Manager and CRP.
• Execute OCE plans across channels and measure impact.
• Monitor engagement and iterate plans with the OCE Analyst.
