Banco W is seeking a Backend Developer to help modernize enterprise applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10 by building, enhancing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and data access components. You will work in an Agile squad with a Tech Lead, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, and SDET resources to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions supporting modernization objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 6+ years building enterprise apps with C# and .NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs.
• Experience migrating/upgrading platforms.
• Experience with Entity Framework and relational DBs.
• Experience with AWS-hosted apps and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with authentication concepts (Auth0, SAML, Identity Server).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, and modern practices.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and business logic supporting enterprise applications.
• Support modernization of applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10 while minimizing risk to existing functionality.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and related backend technologies.
• Collaborate with full stack developers to support React and TypeScript application functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards, best practices, and overall code quality.
• Support CI/CD initiatives, deployment activities, and release readiness efforts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including application designs, integration specifications, deployment procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
