Ingepsy in Colombia seeks a Backend Developer to help modernize enterprise apps by advancing backend services, APIs, and data access components as part of an Agile squad. You will upgrade systems from .NET 6 to .NET 10, design scalable backend solutions with C#, .NET, and EF, and collaborate with front-end teams to support React/TypeScript functionality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise apps with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs.
• Experience upgrading, modernizing, or migrating platforms.
• Experience with Entity Framework and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS-hosted apps, cloud services, and modern deployment.
• Familiarity with Auth0, SAML, Identity Server, and auth concepts.
• Understanding CI/CD, source control, and modern software practices.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration.
• Strong English communication with cross-functional and US stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Support modernization from .NET 6 to .NET 10 while minimizing risk.
• Design scalable solutions using C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and related tech.
• Collaborate with full stack developers to support React and TypeScript functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development standards and quality.
• Support CI/CD initiatives, deployments, and release readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including designs and deployment procedures.
