Bancolombia is seeking a Backend Developer to drive the modernization of enterprise apps, upgrading from .NET 6 to .NET 10, and building robust APIs, services, and data access components. You will work in an Agile squad with a Tech Lead, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, and SDET to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include reviewing code, implementing CI/CD, deployments, and creating technical documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years developing enterprise applications with C# and .NET.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Support modernization from .NET 6 to .NET 10 with minimal risk.
• Design scalable solutions using C#, .NET, and Entity Framework.
• Collaborate with React/TypeScript frontend teammates.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold standards and quality.
• Support CI/CD, deployments, and release readiness.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and document designs and procedures.
• Create deployment docs and knowledge transfer materials.
