dunnhumby Ltd. is seeking a Mobilisation Senior Lead to drive deployment of the Loyalty and Personalisation platform for global retail clients.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and client stakeholders to ensure successful mobilisation, adoption and continuous optimisation. You’ll lead complex deployments from mobilisation to launch, manage priorities across teams, translate business needs into platform configurations and enablement materials.

Formación

• Experience delivering technology platform implementations or large-scale business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical platform configurations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to successful launch.
• Build strong relationships with client, partner and internal teams to understand priorities and requirements.
• Lead deployment of the Loyalty and Personalisation platform with Product and Engineering teams.
• Configure platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements as documented.
• Develop enablement materials and documentation for clients and internal teams.
