Movate in Colombia is seeking a Senior Manager for the Professional Services division to lead a team of delivery consultants/engineers focused on large-scale engagements, including design, deployment, migration and optimization.

You will drive utilization, billing and revenue forecasting, partner with Sales, Product and Support to align scope and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction across regions.

Formación

8 years in professional services/consulting with 3+ years in a team leadership role delivering security/networking services.
Strong hands-on background with cloud-delivered security solutions.
Proven track record managing large-scale deployments across multiple geographies.

Responsabilidades

Lead, mentor and scale a delivery team focused on engagements (design, deploy, migrate, optimize).
Ensure consistent and predictable delivery of services.
Partner with client on scope, pricing, timelines and resources; input into proposals.
Drive resource planning, utilization metrics, revenue forecasting and backlog management.
Improve delivery processes, tooling and automation to boost value and scalability.
Participate in reviews with customers and stakeholders to discuss outcomes and opportunities.
Act as trusted advisor, align with customer needs and drive security outcomes.
Manage professional growth, hiring, training and career development.
