dunnhumby in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Mobilisation Senior Lead to drive deployment of our Loyalty and Personalisation platform for global retail clients. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilisation, adoption and ongoing optimisation.

You will lead deployments end-to-end, build strong relationships, create documentation and enablement materials, and drive continuous improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience delivering technology platform implementations or large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
• Ability to balance priorities, risks, and timelines in complex delivery programs.
• Translate business needs into practical platform configurations.
• Excellent communication, influencing across diverse teams and cultures.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required for client and internal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to launch.
• Build relationships with client, partner and internal teams to understand priorities, constraints and implementation requirements.
• Lead deployment with Product Managers, Engineering teams and client stakeholders.
• Configure and support platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements aligned to documented business needs.
• Develop implementation documentation, training materials and enablement programmes for both clients and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, sharing best practice and supporting operational excellence across the product organisation.
