Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile game design experience, shipping high-quality features or systems.
• Experience owning complex features from concept through live operations.
• Deep understanding of mobile-specific design, such as touch controls and screen real estate.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own major features for mobile: gameplay and progression from concept to launch.
• Shape big-picture vision by identifying opportunities and prioritizing features.
• Champion the mobile player experience with compelling goals and loops.
• Lead rapid prototyping and iteration using papers, in-engine prototypes, and live tests.
• Provide design guidance to the team and evangelize mobile best practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure vision and player experience align for mobile.
