Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Analyst, Learning Infrastructure to support day-to-day administration of our enterprise learning platforms. You will build practical enablement assets, deliver trainings, and ensure smooth platform operations while collaborating with HR tech partners.

You will serve as a hands-on resource, helping colleagues become self-sufficient and driving improvements across the L&D tech stack. Mastercard values proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise learning platform administration
• Ability to create practical enablement assets and run trainings
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Translate technical constraints into plain language for non-technical users
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization with shared tech ownership
• Familiarity with HR/people data governance (PII)

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: maintain Mastercard's L&D environment and configurations
• Tool Enablement & Documentation: create guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials, and enablement assets
• Escalation & Troubleshooting Support: act as first-line escalation for program/configuration issues
• Reporting Enablement: enable stakeholders to navigate and interpret reporting independently
