Job summary

remoti in Bogotá seeks a technically focused LMS Specialist to configure, test, and optimize LMS features and connected learning technologies. You will collaborate with HR and IT to enhance learning workflows and data flows.

You will implement automation using Power Automate, assist with ETL processes, and ensure smooth LMS integrations with enterprise apps, while providing timely ServiceNow support for incidents.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LMS experience in a technical, administrative, or systems-focused capacity.
• Experience with LMS configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge or experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, or ETL processes.
• Experience with automation tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/service management platforms.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a technical, administrative, or systems-focused capacity.
• Experience with LMS configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge or experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, or ETL processes.
• Experience with automation tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/service management platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience working with enterprise LMS platforms such as Learning Pool, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Moodle, or similar.
• Experience supporting global LMS implementations, migrations, or system rollouts.
• Familiarity with learning technology ecosystems and their integration with HR, reporting, or other enterprise systems.
