Mastercard is seeking an Early Career Learning & Development Manager to shape how new campus graduates, known as Launchers, transition from university to the corporate world and build essential skills during their first 18 months.

This role coordinates across Learning & Development, Talent, Campus Recruiting, and HR partners to design an integrated, scalable development journey and ensure Launcher experiences meet enterprise talent priorities while incorporating AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and evolve a cohesive 18-month campus-to-corporate development journey.
• Coordinate orientation, in-person bootcamps, ongoing learning experiences, check-ins, and manager touchpoints.
• Define clear development outcomes, milestones, and progression points across the Launcher journey.
• Partner with learning designers, facilitators, subject matter experts, and talent partners to translate the journey architecture into engaging, inclusive, and scalable experiences.
• Program Planning, Delivery & Operational Excellence: Develop integrated program plans, calendars, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and governance.
• Monitor progress, participation, quality, and delivery risks; adjust plans and implement corrective actions as needed.
