Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to join the Global Business Solutions Center. The role focuses on developing and maturing an operational risk program across shared services, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks from processes, people, and systems.

The successful candidate will monitor risk, maintain risk registers, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive robust risk controls and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, audit, or related functions.
• Knowledge of ERM, ORM, and TRM frameworks.
• Familiarity with the three lines of defense model.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management processes within GBSC Risk Management.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks and strengthen monitoring.
• Develop knowledge base of best practices with teammates.
• Identify controls gaps and support remediation plans.
• Collaborate with operations to develop risk reporting and KRIs.
• Maintain risk registers, heat maps, and audit schedules.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX activities.
• Create risk management reports and presentations for leadership.
