Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced HRIS Learning Platform Specialist to support and improve our Learning Platform across the business. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leverage Cornerstone, Skillsoft Percipio, and Oracle HCM Cloud to turn business needs into practical configurations and actionable reports.

This role emphasizes security, documentation, and governance to deliver a better employee experience through effective learning tools and partnerships with global teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 to 6 years of related experience in HRIS or learning systems.
• Experience supporting projects, releases, testing, or system improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Good judgment and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience writing documentation and supporting users with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a learning platform that supports employee growth across Gallagher.
• Turn business needs into clear technical solutions that work in practice.
• Support system changes, upgrades, testing, and releases with care and accuracy.
• Partner with functional teams, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and keep work moving.
• Build and maintain reports that help teams make informed decisions.
• Create and update documentation that supports consistent, reliable system use.
• Help design security roles and permissions for administrative users.
• Support training templates, troubleshooting, and day-to-day user needs.
• Contribute to projects that improve learning tools, integrations, and the employee experience.
• Work with teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations to meet goals and deadlines.
• Help ensure solutions reflect the needs of different regions, divisions, and local requirements.
