BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java & Cloud Engineer to set the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services and drive long-term platform strategy. You will lead technical initiatives to ensure core distributed systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for modern cloud environments.

The role involves mentoring senior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust distributed systems while enjoying 100% remote work and global opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Java development and designing distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization using Docker.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services and define long-term platform strategies.
• Design and implement robust, highly scalable, and performant distributed systems.
• Leverage containerization and orchestration tools to optimize service deployment and scalability.
• Mentor senior engineering team members and influence technical decisions across the wider organization.
