Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager with an advertising agency background to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. You will work with diverse teams across the business to ensure projects stay on time and on budget, while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

The role is remote for Colombia, requiring strong English and a proven track record of profitability, process improvement, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing mid to high complexity projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Profitability focus and ability to monitor budgets and time.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage the project team workload across deadlines.
• Build and manage partner relationships while following BRANDTECH+ processes.
• Monitor progress within scope and budget; provide weekly status updates.
• Ensure final deliverables meet design and production requirements.
