Brandtech+ (formerly OLIVER+) seeks a Senior Integrated Project Manager with an advertising background to orchestrate AI-powered creative projects for premium brands. You will combine traditional PM expertise with AI production methodologies to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

The role involves managing several mid-to-high complexity projects, maintaining budgets, and guiding diverse teams of creative, strategy, and AI production professionals in a remote setup (Colombia).

Formación

• 8+ years integrated project management experience in premium/luxury brands.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and resource optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AI production workflows is a plus.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive innovative outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mid-to-high complexity, multi-channel projects leveraging Gen AI.
• Coordinate creative, strategy and AI production teams.
• Ensure project excellence and adherence to timelines throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish PM best practices and optimize resource allocation.
