EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and oversee large-scale, multi data center infrastructure across on‑prem, GCP, and AWS. You will lead automation for deployment and configuration, manage traffic, DNS, and monitoring, and build tools for auditable operations.

The role requires strong Linux, networking, and storage experience, plus leadership abilities and excellent English. Join a global team and contribute to cutting-edge platform engineering projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering with production responsibility.
• Experience managing remote administration for hardware in colocation facilities.
• Substantial Linux administration experience (Red Hat/Debian) at scale.
• Hands-on networking experience (Cisco, DNS, load balancing, traffic management).
• Experience with enterprise storage and backup systems.
• Strong automation experience using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for tooling and automation.
• GCP experience including Compute Engine, networking, storage, and IAM.
• Ability to lead infrastructure projects and mentor engineers.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee large-scale, multi data center infrastructure across on-prem, GCP, and AWS.
• Lead automation initiatives for deployment and configuration management using IaC tools.
• Design and support traffic management, load balancing, and DNS systems at scale.
• Build and manage monitoring and observability systems across on-prem and cloud.
• Develop tooling that supports distributed, auditable systems administration.
• Write and update process, policy, and procedural documentation for the infrastructure team.
