EPAM NEORIS in Colombia seeks a DevOps Engineer to support cloud platforms, automation, and reliability across enterprise-scale environments. The role emphasizes hands-on work with GCP, CI/CD, IaC, containers, and observability to improve deployment processes and platform stability.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, implement Terraform IaC, manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads, and help drive DevOps best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD).
• Knowledge of IaC using Terraform or equivalent technologies.
• Skills in Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk or ELK).
• Linux administration competence.
• Understanding of networking, IAM concepts and cloud security principles.
• Capability to work with Git and version control workflows.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support deployment, configuration and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure on GCP.
• Assist in cloud migration, modernization and platform optimization initiatives.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability and operational stability across environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or similar tools.
• Automate operational processes, provisioning and routine administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reducing manual interventions through automation.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and productivity.
• Manage and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health with Grafana, Prometheus and Datadog; maintain observability.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation, deployment procedures and standards.
