Capgemini Engineering seeks an Infrastructure Support Escalation Engineer – Tier 3 in Bogota to maintain enterprise cloud and data center infrastructure. You will own incident response, perform advanced troubleshooting across compute, storage, and networking, and mentor peers.

Role requires 8+ years in data center environments and strong VMware/Cisco/Nexus experience. Collaboration with global teams and ITIL processes are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data centre and network environments (NOC/TAC).
• Hands-on with VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, Nexus devices and HyperFlex.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 24/7 availability of production infrastructure and incident response within SLAs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and author MOPs for major incidents.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align infra with product requirements; participate in CAB.
