Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Senior Influential Analyst to support the execution and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and creators to ensure campaigns are well organized, delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with confidence working with both people and data to drive campaign success.

Formación

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
• Previous experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring a team.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects, or stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Manage and prioritize multiple campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and requirements are met.
• Coordinate the workflow and day-to-day activities of the Influential team.
• Support and guide team members, providing direction and helping resolve operational challenges.
• Manage communication and coordination with influencers/creators and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign progress, deliverables, and creator activities to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand campaign requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Track campaign information, performance data, and key updates using internal tools and platforms.
• Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.
• Prepare reports, campaign updates, and presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Influential team.
