Qualifications

• JD required with US legal training
• Minimum 5 years in corporate law
• Experience with venture capital/private equity
• Background in SaaS/technology contracts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management
• Experience supporting portfolio companies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Provide legal guidance to executive team and portfolio companies
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts
• Oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Manage intellectual property matters and licensing issues
• Handle employee relations and labor law issues
• Coordinate with external counsel as needed
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes
• Support internal compliance initiatives
