Qualifications

What you will be working on:

ESSENTIAL DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Work withthe Black Dragon General Counsel to providelegal advice and guidance to the executive team andportfolio companies.

• Experience with commercial and technology contracts drafting, negotiation,and mitigating risks

• Background in technology, licensing, SaaS, privacy, IP.Lifecycle of product development

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.

• Managing litigation and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.

• Overseeing corporate governance and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

• Advising onmergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

• Managing intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

• Handling employee relations and labor law issues.

• Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests.

• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in laws that may affect the company.

• Providing support and management of compliance initiatives.

About You:

We are looking for an individual within-house legalexperience in a technology operating company who has experience dealingwith venturecapital and/orprivateequityand their expectations.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of theindustriespioneers andbeing a part ofa fast-growingportfoliocompanies.
