Astound Digital is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team. You will advise on commercial contracts, data privacy, employment/HR, compliance, and M&A strategy, partnering with business groups across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in-house experience, strong cross-functional skills, and proven ability to manage complex projects and regulatory matters in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• In-house legal experience with cross-border matters preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracting, privacy, HR/employment, compliance, and M&A.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, customers, and partners.
• Provide guidance on privacy, information security, and regulatory inquiries.
