Black Dragon Capital is seeking an FP&A Analyst for One Dragon Services. This fully remote role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, GAAP accounting, and financial analysis across portfolio companies. You will build models, prepare reports, and present insights to executives and stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to portfolio companies on financial standards and best practices
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive presentations
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and dashboards for strategic decisions
• Monitor KPIs, highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and profitability studies
• Assist with materials for board meetings, investors, and senior leadership
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Prepare and interpret general ledger and financial statements per GAAP and fund requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial health of portfolio companies
• Provide financial analysis to influence executive decisions and strategy
• Maintain data collection and reporting systems
• Assist with audit preparations and accompanying documentation
