POWER/WSP is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead, support, and coordinate complex engineering initiatives across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include directing engineers, drafters, and designers, interfacing with clients, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

The candidate will drive QA/QC adherence, develop transmission line design knowledge (PLS-CADD, structure design), and foster client relationships to win future work.

Qualificações

• PE licensure and a BS in relevant engineering fields.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Experience with overhead HV & EHV transmission line design.
• 10+ years in design and construction bid packages.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate project execution and schedules.
• Manage engineers, drafters, designers, and interface with clients.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project meetings.
• Maintain cross-discipline communication.
• Support resource forecasting and staffing.
• Support business planning and budgeting.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes.
• Develop transmission line design knowledge in PLS-CADD, structure design.
