WSP is seeking a senior electrical engineer to lead feasibility studies, power-system analyses, and client engagements in our Power Area. You will apply your expertise to deliver robust transmission solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale transmission planning, fluency in English, and hands-on experience with DIGSILENT, PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD, ASPEN or ATP. Mentorship of junior engineers is a plus.

This position requires a professional with demonstrated experience in proposal development process who is motivated by clients interaction while developing new opportunities for the Power Area. The successful candidate is expected to be self-motivated, possess strong conceptualization skills, and have solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both decision-makers and project teams.
