AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Transmission & Distribution to lead senior technical efforts for HV overhead line projects in Bogota/Colombia. The role involves hands-on design, technical reviews, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across project stages from concept to construction.
Requirements include a Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree, 8+ years in HV OHL design, and Chartered/Professional Engineer status preferred.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of HV overhead line design experience.
- Chartered or Professional Engineer status preferred.
- Experience delivering HV OHL projects including new builds, reconductoring, uprating, and asset renewals.
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and review detailed technical outputs to a high standard.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, schedule, and execute HV transmission line projects (132kV+).
- Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients and stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Lead or contribute to HV transmission line engineering and design delivery.
- Develop transmission line alignments using PLS-CADD; perform sag-tension analyses and validate clearances.
