Job summary

InboundAV - HubSpot Solutions Partner seeks an experienced contractor to own client journeys from kickoff to ongoing health, delivering end-to-end HubSpot implementations and ongoing optimization. You will work remotely, collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers to build workflows, migrations, and AI-driven enhancements.

Requirements include 3+ years of HubSpot experience, HubSpot certifications, strong English, and familiarity with ClickUp or Asana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing and managing HubSpot for clients (agency or consulting required)
• Experience across Marketing and Sales Hub is a must. Experience in additional hubs is a bonus.
• Current HubSpot Academy or partner certifications
• Demonstrated experience with workflows, reporting, and at least one CRM migration
• Strong written and spoken English; you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp or Asana
• Reliable availability for your committed hours, and the discipline to manage multiple client deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own accounts from kickoff to handoff and keep them healthy afterwards
• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations and customised client onboardings across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Data Hub
• Build and optimise workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, pipelines, custom properties and objects, and automated nurture campaigns
• Plan and run data migrations into HubSpot from other CRMs (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and others)
• Set up integrations using native connectors, APIs, and tools like Zapier or n8n
• Configure and govern HubSpot's AI features (Breeze Copilot and agents)
• Build reports and dashboards that tie marketing and sales activity to revenue, and explain the results in plain language
• Lead client calls, onboardings, and check-ins as their primary HubSpot contact
• Keep projects within scope and budget, and flag out-of-scope requests early and professionally
• Provide ongoing maintenance and optimisation for onboarded clients
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
