HubSpot Solutions Architect (Technical Lead) at HubSpot builds and leader complex client projects, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery, from project kick-off to deployment, while guiding developers and clients through the architecture and rollout.

You’ll supervise architecture, govern data integrity, and design multi-system integrations with ERPs and middleware, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions for large enterprises.

Formación

• 3+ years architecting and configuring complex HubSpot solutions.
• Deep HubSpot knowledge across Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, and Operations Hub.
• Experience leading technical workshops; able to explain backend concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-client agency environments.
• HubSpot Solutions Architecture or Data Integration certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Design HubSpot architectures for enterprise clients and produce technical schematics and data-flow diagrams.
• Architect custom connections between HubSpot and ERPs/legacy systems using middleware and APIs.
• Lead data migrations and dual-sync strategies between HubSpot and other platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Establish data governance rules and scalable data hygiene standards across client hubs.
• Partner with sales for technical scoping, requirements, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams to ensure implemented solutions match designs.
