Job summary

Gallagher is hiring an HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst to develop and maintain HR reporting solutions and data analytics, enabling operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights.

You will build dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher, collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, and support payroll, time, and benefits reporting while ensuring data quality and security across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years building and testing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Experience with General HR processes and/or HR data.
• Strong experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM security and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Support HR reporting across Payroll, Time, and Benefits.
• Analyze data quality, compliance, and process improvements.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results.
• Train users and maintain reporting security.
• Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboard development.
