Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

is seeking an HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst to develop and maintain HR reporting solutions and data analytics that support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights. You will build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher, partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, and support HR reporting across Payroll, Time, and Benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience building and testing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Experience with HR processes and HR data.
• Strong experience with reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Oracle HCM security experience.
• Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience.
• Ability to think technically to identify, analyze, and summarize data.
• Strong analytical skills across diverse data sources.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Initiative to work independently and execute tasks with limited direction.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree


• English level B2+


• 5+ years of experiencebuilding and testing reports inOracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)andBI Publisher


• Experience with General HR processes and/or HR data


• Strong experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excelfor data analysis


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, includingWordandPowerPoint


• Experience gathering and documenting requirements


• Oracle HCM security experience


• Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience


• Technical creativityto identify, analyze, and summarize data to solve problems


• Strong analytical skillswith experience working across diverse data sources
