Langford Staffing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead company-wide onboarding and training initiatives. You will deliver live onboarding, explain policies, and drive engagement, while turning policies into clear training materials and facilitator guides.

AI tools will assist content development, which you will review for accuracy and confidentiality. You will also handle employee relations, documentation, probation tracking, and offboarding, building

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Direct experience delivering onboarding and training.
• Experience building training modules from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver new-hire orientation and foundational training.
• Build training modules from policies and standards.
• Create presentations, guides, quizzes, scenarios, and checklists.
• Use AI to support training content while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Train employees on policies, processes, and workplace expectations.
