Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from scratch for a fast-growing, multi-vertical real estate firm. You will own talent acquisition, executive recruiting, org design, performance management, and leadership development, reporting directly to senior leadership.

You will headhunt C-suite and senior leaders, implement KPI-driven accountability, ensure US employment compliance across distributed teams, and scale headcount from ~40–50 to 100+ while maintaining

• Proven ability to scale headcount from ~40–50 to 100+.
• Strong executive search capability with hands-on closing.
• Experience with US employment practices, EOR and contractor frameworks.
• Fluent English with executive presence and direct communication.
