Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring compliance across LATAM. You will work with HR and cross-functional teams to minimize legal and reputational risks and support sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with leaders and external auditors, leveraging data-driven processes to drive adherence to regional laws.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Experience in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HR compliance framework for LATAM using data-driven systems and HRIS to automate workflows and audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed regulatory requirements into daily operations.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor regulatory changes, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical business practices.
