Iron Mountain is seeking an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies with strict regulatory compliance across the region. You will minimize legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth and partnering with the HR team.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region, automating workflows and maintaining audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and advise on regulatory obligations.
