Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring strict compliance with laws across the LATAM region, safeguarding the organization from legal and reputational risks.
You will work with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed regulatory obligations, monitor legal changes, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical business
Formación
- Experience in HR compliance within the Latin America region.
- Knowledge of LATAM regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into operations.
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor regulatory changes, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical practices.
