Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring strict compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards across the LATAM region.

You will protect the organization by minimizing legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth. Our HR team partners to foster integrity, enable business performance, and support employees

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven systems to automate workflows and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments, monitor legal changes, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical business practices.
