• Proven experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement with integrity.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
