Kaseya Limited in Colombia is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Execution Monitoring to serve as the operational nerve center for go-to-market health, monitoring pipeline performance, SLA adherence, and process adoption.

This role defines reporting requirements, interprets data, and translates signals into actionable recommendations for leadership, working with GTM Strategy, Reporting, and BIS/Systems teams to ensure visibility and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM Ops or Revenue Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data structures, pipeline management, and reporting logic.
• Ability to analyze complex operational datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience defining reporting requirements and cross-functional collaboration with GTM Strategy, Reporting, Analytics, or BIS/Systems teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor pipeline health metrics including coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and stage progression across teams and market segments.
• Track leading and lagging execution indicators to identify potential performance risks before they impact revenue outcomes.
• Define reporting requirements for pipeline health monitoring and partner with GTM Strategy and BIS teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor adherence to GTM process SLAs, including response times, stage aging, required activities, and field-level compliance.
• Define and maintain SLA measurement frameworks while partnering with systems teams to operationalize performance tracking.
• Measure adoption and utilization of CRM workflows, GTM tools, and process changes to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify process inefficiencies, adoption barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define reporting requirements for operational monitoring, including key metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting cadences needed by GTM leadership.
• Produce leadership-ready reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
