Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to partner with leadership, own key processes, and drive efficiency through AI-driven workflows. You will manage priorities, coordinate projects, and implement practical solutions across client operations and internal systems.

The role emphasizes ownership, independent problem-solving, and collaboration with US-based teams in a remote, full-time contractor setup. Strong English skills required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations, executive operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership.
• Experience working with US-based companies, clients, or teams, preferably remote.
• Strong ownership mentality, independent decision-making, and proactive problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes, building SOPs, and coordinating multiple projects.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and modern business systems.
• Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Business Operations: Coordinate priorities, projects, deadlines, and day-to-day operations with leadership.
• Project Ownership: Manage multiple moving parts and track deliverables to keep projects advancing.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, create SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes.
• AI & Automation: Use AI tools and automation platforms to remove repetitive tasks and boost productivity.
• Problem-Solving: Research challenges, evaluate solutions, and present actionable recommendations.
• Systems & Tools: Manage CRMs, PM platforms, databases, and internal documentation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to align initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Support: Support client operations, marketing ops, finance/admin, and other functions as needed.
