• Strong copywriting that reads for scrolling users
• Habit of studying ads and reverse‑engineering what makes a campaign work
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points via Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions
• Direct creative production including shot selection and visual storytelling
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and identify winning creative elements
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations
• Lead client meetings and document progress between calls
