You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and implement scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

The role emphasizes compliance, governance, and production support across weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll cycles, mentoring developers and coordinating with vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit frameworks.
• Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
• Experience integrating payroll data with finance systems (GL, reporting platforms).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver payroll automation strategy, design, and deployment.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and translate rules into automation logic.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, validation, and production support for payroll cycles.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for reconciliation, headcount, and tax reporting.
• Establish governance, controls, and audit readiness for automation solutions.
• Mentor automation developers and liaise with external vendors.
