Johnson & Johnson Bogotá is seeking a Payroll Automation Sr. Analyst to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of automation across payroll operations. The role spans Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, translate payroll rules into automation logic, and deploy scalable solutions for multiple countries and cycles, while ensuring auditability and SOX controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in IS, finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP.
• Global payroll operations experience and knowledge of SOX controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation strategy, design, and delivery for payroll operations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop scalable automation across platforms and regions.
• Build and deploy automation using Alteryx, UiPath, and Azure; ensure auditability.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll reconciliation, headcount, and taxes.
• Provide production support and ensure SOX compliance.
