Based in Bogotá with a strong track record at leading international firms, you will coordinate multi-workstream programs, mentor staff, and drive impact while champions smart use of AI and data-driven insights.

Formación

• 6+ years framing and solving strategic problems with evidence
• 2+ years managing teams at a leading international firm
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Clear, structured communication with diverse audiences
• Master's degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Take accountability for the quality of client deliverables
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary contact
• Provide guidance to team members and manage budgets/timelines
• Develop client relationships and contribute to thought leadership
