Sutherland Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in Bogotá, operating within a hybrid work model. You will drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across multi-national teams and client stakeholders.

You will oversee initiation through closing, define plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and with the required quality while maximizing ROI.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a PM leading teams in matrix environments.
• Experience managing IT/software delivery projects for external clients.
• Experience with full software SDLC as a PM, including discovery, design and development.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a project or program, including scope, time, cost and quality management.
• Manage risks, issues and stakeholder communications across internal and external teams.
• Lead initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing phases.
• Define project tasks, prepare plans, monitor progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
