You will guide analytical work, structure client solutions, and drive project delivery across multi-stakeholder environments. Formación

• 6+ years framing and solving strategic problems in social impact/intl development.
• 2+ years in management or strategy consulting with people leadership.
• Mastery of the consulting toolkit: scope problems, structure analysis, test conclusions.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and ability to translate into decisions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Take accountability for the quality of client deliverables.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders; be the first contact for content questions and logistics.
• Provide guidance to team members; manage budgets and timelines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to thought leadership to generate new engagements.
• Actively contribute to Dalberg's firm-building initiatives.
