Job summary

Global Leader in IT and Security in Bogotá seeks a Head of Programs to serve as the strategic backbone of the operation, linking high-stakes implementations with commercial growth and financial precision.

You will shape the future of identity, own the regional P&L, and influence governance across public and private sectors, reporting directly to regional leadership and the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management with at least 3 years successfully leading other Program Managers.
• Proven track record managing public and private sector contracts.
• Deep understanding of multi-country compliance including GDPR/Local regulations.
• Absolute fluency in English (B2+) and Spanish are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Program P&L with Controlling team to justify variances and drive profitability.
• Oversee Change Request governance to maintain legal and financial integrity.
• Direct crisis resolution by deep-diving into technical challenges and guiding resolution teams.
