Provectus is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deliver production GenAI systems in client environments. You will own end-to-end development, from data handling to deployment, with hands-on coding and leadership of engineering workstreams.

You will spend time in the operator’s seat to understand real workflows, then redesign and ship agentic AI solutions on AWS. Remote, international scope and strong educational budgets are part of the offering.

Formación

• 8+ years building software with hands-on production code.
• Willing to spend time in operator’s seat before coding.
• Learn new domains quickly for unfamiliar business functions.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Able to evaluate with an explicit metrics approach and explain results.
• Strong fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript; depth matters more than stack.
• Cloud-native on AWS; familiarity with GCP/Azure a plus.
• Credible with senior stakeholders; capable of redesign conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Build production GenAI systems in customer environments.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end pipelines and services on AWS.
• Own design decisions, evals, and measurements tied to business KPIs.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, and operators to ship real value.
• Lead architectural discussions and ensure reliability and maintainability.
