Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and client delivery, shaping AI-enabled products for global clients.

You will accelerate AI adoption by combining modern engineering with AI technologies (RAG, LLMs, Azure AI) and integrate them into production systems. Strong Java and cloud-native skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related ecosystem technologies.
• Experience leveraging Claude or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, document ingestion pipelines, and knowledge management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging RAG architectures and LLMs.
• Build client-facing AI applications using Java and modern cloud-native development practices.
• Integrate and optimize AI platforms including Copilot, Claude, and Azure AI services.
• Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and integrations for secure AI-powered experiences.
• Implement vector search, knowledge retrieval, prompt engineering, and grounding strategies.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in Azure.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to AI accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.
