Lean Tech in Medellín is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a hybrid team. You will move between front-end and back-end, using Node.js, React, and TypeScript, collaborating with multinational teams.

You will design APIs, build UI components with MUI, and contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, and product lifecycles in a fast-growing setting.

Formación

• 5–7 years of fullstack development experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React.js and TypeScript.
• Proficient in SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS services (SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, RDS).
• Experience with Git/GitHub Actions.
• English fluency for international teams.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience who can move seamlessly between front-end and back-end development. While expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript) is expected. Candidates should be tech-agnostic and comfortable contributing to multiple coding environments as needed.

You will work closely with multinational teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support the full product lifecycle, including backend services, APIs, and front-end features. You will engage with our entire technical stack and contribute to both product development and operational support.

• Design, implement, and maintain fullstack solutions primarily using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Develop front-end components using MUI (Material UI) in React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and QA
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across the stack
• Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to software development best practices

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 5-7 years of experience in fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of SQL (Microsoft SQL is a plus) and NoSQL (MongoDB) best practices.
• Exposure to AWS services including SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, and RDS
• Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub Actions
• Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Occasionally contribute to Java and PHP codebases, learning and adapting as required
• Experience building pure code solutions without heavy frameworks
• Background in high-growth or startup environments
